I had the chance to take part in an Innerdance session this summer. On a beautiful sunny day, we met at Angelika’s home in Austria. Her soothing voice and even the loud music helped me relax very quickly, even though my day had been quite stressful. At first, I was a bit concerned about the duration Angelika had mentioned (1.5 hours). But what can I say—it went by far too quickly. The sharing circle afterward was truly enriching, as everyone opened up about their experiences. I’m already looking forward to the next session.
