Our Innerdance sessions in Gran Canaria are a unique invitation to dive deep into your personal healing and transformation – without the need to actively do anything. Many of our sessions are held outdoors, as nature is our greatest teacher. If you’re not currently on the island, you still have the wonderful opportunity to join an Innerdance session online. The benefit here is that you can stay in your familiar, cozy environment. The energy flows from me to you just as powerfully and tangibly as in in-person sessions.

After the session, it is important to take time for integration. Make sure you have enough space to let your experience settle. Reflect on your impressions – perhaps write them down – and give yourself plenty of time for self-care and mindful rest. What happens in an Innerdance session?
During an Innerdance session, the most important thing is to come with an open heart and no expectations. You’ll be warmly welcomed, the process will be explained in detail, and all your questions answered. Then your inner journey begins while lying down. From there, anything can happen – from unusual movements to visions or even deep sleep. Let yourself be carried by the loud music, which uses special frequencies to guide your brain into expanded states of consciousness.
What should I bring to an Innerdance session?
If you have a mat (yoga mat, etc.), it would be great to bring it. If not, we’ll provide one for you – as well as blankets, cushions, and so on.
What you should definitely bring is warm clothing (especially thick socks), in case you get cold during the session.
What should I consider before an Innerdance session?
Avoid alcohol or other substances for 24 hours before the session. Also, eat only light food (fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.) about 4 hours beforehand. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle in case you feel thirsty afterward.
How does an Innerdance session affect my health?
Ideally, it supports your overall well-being. Innerdance is intended to help you on physical, mental, and emotional levels. However, it does not replace medical treatment. If you are suffering from a serious illness, it is ESSENTIAL that you inform us in advance.
